You choose the lending source

You select the financing package that's best for your particular project from one of our approved, owner-builder lenders.

You choose the building materials

We don't sell materials, we only care that you get what you want for the best price - whether its stick built, panelized, kit or a log home, we'll be able to help.

You choose the subcontractors

Ours are qualified and proven or you can use your own. You can even do some of the work yourself if you want.

You pay COST for everything.

You write the checks directly to the subcontractors and suppliers so you know exactly what everything costs without the typical contractor mark-up.
